Graduate students Kemper Morton and Jess Butler led the FSU men's and women's teams with solid performances at Friday's Crimson Classic in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The second-ranked FSU women's cross country team is gunning for a fourth consecutive Pre-Nationals team title, while the men are hawking valuable at-large points on the NCAA Championship course.

Colleen Quigley led a sweep by the Florida State women in a course record performance. Sean Quinn, Grant Nykaza and Avery Lopez paced a strong surge by the runner-up Seminole men in a blazing debut of the re-worked Apalachee Regional Park.
